3 Tips to get fit fast (Even If You’re Lazy)
We’ve all been there. We want to work out, but we don’t have the time, it seems overwhelming, and we have to balance it with a million other things in our lives which are — let’s face it — way more fun than working out.
Who wouldn’t rather spend an entire evening on the couch instead of at the gym?
I get it.
For most people though, fitness is important.
It’s something that we aspire to.
And we should, because when we’re fit everything is better. Our relationships are better, we perform better at work, we have fewer sick days (if any), and overall our lives just take a turn for the better.
So in the following I’m going to outline 5 tips that you can use to get more fit — especially if you’re lazy.
Tip number 1: Start small — as in really small
