- Ok let’s do this — how hard can it be.
- Why am I not able to sit still and just focus?
- Fuck this shit, I need an app.
- So let’s try out this Headspace thing, and let’s see what happens.
- This is better.
- Maybe this is not a complete waste of time.
- What if I meditate for 15 minutes instead of 10?
- Bad idea.
- 15 minutes is hella long
- Seriously, how is it this long?
- Am I supposed to feel weird?
- Maybe this was a bad idea.
- I’m just going to stick with it and see what happens.
- How can sitting still and breathing be this hard?
- OK, what if I just focus really hard?
- Nope.
- Focus. Breathe.
- “Remember that time, you did that thing that made you sad”
- Now I’m going to seriously take this meditating thing serious.
- Breathe. Focus on the breath. In and out.
- That’s it.
- So this is what it’s supposed to feel like.
- Maybe this isn’t a complete waste of time after all.
- How does Headspace have this many types of meditations?
- Let me try a different type.
- I need it to go for a bit longer.
- What if I try it without the app?
- This is cool.
