We live in a world where there are a myriad of things going on at all times. Our phones beep and vibrate, our email inboxes fill up, and we all feel a bit rushed, overwhelmed and stressed out.

Productivity then, is not a field where we need to add things — it’s a matter of taking stuff away.

How many times a day are we interrupted by our phones vibrating, beeping and making noise?
