Sick of Happiness-advice? Try this instead

The desire to be happy, is a very human one. No one wants to be unhappy, but everyone feels like they could be happier.

The following list is not intended to be the end all be all of happiness-lists — all it’s intended to do, is to give you some ideas — based in science — of how you can boost your happiness.

Sleep in

Does this even need explanation? Who doesn’t like sleeping in. Besides, the research into sleeping shows that people need at least 7–8 hours of sleep every night, otherwise they won’t function right.

We all know the type of people who go:

“Bro, I can totally function on 2 hours sleep”.

These people aren’t heroes.

They’re idiots.

Don’t be an idiot.

Sleep in.

Eat some candy

Another action, which I’m pretty sure doesn’t need explaining. From a scientific perspective, candy feels good, because it activates our reward systems, but who gives a shit?
