Let’s face it. Things go wrong. It happens all the time.

Sometimes it’s situations we’ve created for ourselves, other times it’s something that we have no control over.

I’m sure you can think of a thing or two that has gone wrong in your life.

The point is, that we face adversity — big and small — almost every day of our lives, and the more we learn to deal with it — the better. It’s all a mindset thing. If we think about things the right way, even set-backs can be progress because they teach us what not to do. Failure can be a good teacher.

Or it can become your master, if you succumb to it.

What matters is how you think about it.

And how you think about it all comes down to your inner dialogue. And your inner dialogue comes down to the questions you ask yourself.

Before we get into the nuts and bolts however, I’m going to tell you two stories, to illustrate the power of the questions you ask yourself when shit hits the fan.
